The show will have the same concept as the previous show at AMP in Tokyo. I'm setting up a flicker account to feature all the contributing artists for the installation.

前回のAMPでの展示と同じようなインスタレーション／展示をポートランド（オレゴン州）にあるコンパウンドというところで企画してます。オープニングは９月２日。現在この展示に合わせてフリッカーのアカウントを準備中です。そこで参加アーティストを一人ずつ紹介出来たら良いなと思ってます。詳しくはまた後ほど。８月頭には公開出来るかと思います。宜しくお願いします！

展示終了しました。
観に来てくれた方々、作品購入して頂いた方々、参加して頂いた方々、関係者の皆様、どうもありがとうございました。とても面白く、考えさせられる展示でした。頂いた感想／意見／批評を基に、次回はより良い展示を目指します。

それから、３月に展示をしたクリア・エディションのウェブ・ショップがオープンしてます。立体作品が数点新たにアップされています。興味のある方はこちらからどうぞ。

Many thanks to those who purchased works, came to support the scene, contributed amazing works, and helped me put the show together. It was very fun and made me grow as an artist. I have received so many comments, feedbacks and very helpful criticism that I already know I can make the next show much better.

 高円寺AMP Cafeでの展示がいよいよ今週の金曜日（６月４日）からスタートですが、会期中の日曜日（６月６日）に「TERATOTERA 途中下車の旅」というトークのイベントが開催されます。TERATOTERA（寺と寺）は高円寺から吉祥寺までの中央線界隈を中心に展開するアート関連の施設やイベントなどを繋げ、東京の文化発信の担い手として発展させて行く事を目的にした団体です。トークの詳細はこちらを見て下さい。

次回の展示は６月４日（金）オープンで１４日（月）まで、去年の５月に個展をさせてもらった高円寺のAMP Cafeにて開催です。今回はMASH-UPというのをもっとリテラルに捉えたインスタレーションを企画しています。総勢２９人ものアーティスト、イラストレーターなどの方々に協力してもらい、一つの壁を作品で埋め尽くすというものです。参加していただく作家さんは下記。

My next exhibition opens on the 4th of June (FRI), and runs through the 14th of June (MON) at AMP Cafe in Koenji where I had my show last year. For this exhibition, I have planned an installation in which total of 29 artists / illustrators and alike will contribute their work to fill an entire wall. It should be a literal translation of Mash-Up in visual format. The list of contributing artists is as followed.

青山の個展無事終わりました。相変わらず展示をやる度に自分の至らなさを思い知らされて愕然としますが、それは言葉を返すと次の展示にむけての課題が明確になるという事でもあるので止められません。無限ループです。まぁ、しかし一言で言ってしまえば「作業量が足り無い」という事ですね。途中でくじけても（半ば盲目的に）自分を信じて描けば描くほど良いものが出来ます。（笑）もっと写真観たい方はこちらや、CBC-NETのレポート（ミニ・インタビューも有）をご覧ください。

"InsideOut of Contexts" - the show with Enrico at ZAIM in Yokohama is now over. Here are some pics from the show. It was a very straight forward exhibition. I mean we only had one big piece each. Mine was about 5.9' x 14.8'. The largest painting I've ever made. I'm beginning to understand that I'm not trying to be a painter. I am just designing my concept visually.

As a part of our exhibition at ZAIM in Yokohama, we are holding a discussion event on the 27th (Saturday). We'll be discussing about urban / sub cultures such as graffiti and animation and their influence on art, I think.

今年の５月に展示させてもらった高円寺のAMP Cafe１周年のグループ展に参加します。
小さめのドローイング、立体作品なんかを出す予定です。

2009年10月28日(水) - 11月3日(月)

2009年11月1日をもちまして、おかげさまでAMPcafeは一周年を迎えます。
そこで、オープンから一年間で展示会場としてのご利用、企画展への参加などを通して交流のありましたアーティストの方々の作品がもう一度AMPcafeに集合する、合同展示会を開催する運びとなりました。
この1年間は、ギャラリーとして、素晴らしい作家の皆様や作品達と一年間を共に過ごすことができました。再び集合する作品達とともに、さまざまな作家を紹介するだけではなく、今一度AMPcafeの1年間を振り返ってみる展示会になればと思います。さらに、様々なタイプの作品が集まるアートマーケットとしても楽しんでいただければと思います。
ご来場をお待ち申し上げております。
※なお、1周年記念イベント”The Paint Players”を11/1(sun)にライブハウスkoenjiHIGHにて開催します。
当日は、イベントのオープンからライブ会場と行き来自由な状態でギャラリーを解放しております。

While this review would be a great introduction for those who is unfamiliar to my works or hasn't been able to see my works in person, I feel the necessity of providing more insightful information about my concept.

９月にロスで展示します。
オープニングは９月１２日。何度か移転して、その度にギャラリーの名前が 微妙に変わってるんですが、毎年展示させてもらってるギャラリーと同じです。今年で３年目かな？メインの展示は別にやってて、僕の展示はギャラリー内に設けられた小さいスペースで、オマケみたいな感じなんですが、その分密度が出せれば良いなと思います。今回も同じテーマを引き続きという事で、「Idealistically Hypocritical 3」というタイトルでやります。
