SYSTEMS WILL FAIL by OGI

Just had an opening / artist talk. Thanks to GB crew, Clear Edition & Gallery and everyone who came to the show!
The show runs through the 20th.

"InsideOut of Contexts" - the show with Enrico at ZAIM in Yokohama is now over. Here are some pics from the show. It was a very straight forward exhibition. I mean we only had one big piece each. Mine was about 5.9' x 14.8'. The largest painting I've ever made. I'm beginning to understand that I'm not trying to be a painter. I am just designing my concept visually.

I'm having a solo show at Clear Edition Gallery in Aoyama opening on the 6th (Sat). On the 6th, we are planning artist talk from 17:00, and a reception from 18:00 to 20:00. I hope to see you there!

As a part of our exhibition at ZAIM in Yokohama, we are holding a discussion event on the 27th (Saturday). We'll be discussing about urban / sub cultures such as graffiti and animation and their influence on art, I think.

Here's an info on my upcoming solo exhibit, "Idealistically Hypocritical 4" at Clear Edition & Gallery in Aoyama. The show will have the same concept that I've been exploring since 2008. We had an opening at ZAIM yesterday. I think it went ok. I can't relax yet though cuase I only got two weeks until the opening for my solo exhibit in Aoyama. I've been occupied with the show at ZAIM that I haven't been able to work on the show in Aoyama as much as I'd wanted...

The opening in Yokohama is on Friday. Only a day after tomorrow. I'll most likely be staying in Yokohama tomorrow night, so I will prob not be able to post anything until Saturday. I may not be posting a drawing everyday, but I think it's nice to post something everyday. So please come visit often. Thank you for your support.
